Our mission is to support local youth pastors in their journey to grow and serve their communities. Through our Empower service, we connect youth pastors with one another, fostering relationships that allow them to sharpen their skills and invest back into their churches. With Equip, we provide resources and training to help pastors effectively mentor and train their volunteers, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles. Engage creates opportunities for local youth students to come together, building a sense of community and providing meaningful experiences that support their spiritual growth. Together, these services work to strengthen the next generation of leaders and inspire lasting change in our churches.
