EMPOWER
We want to create a support system for the local youth pastors to feel empowered through building community and partnerships with one another. We hope to provide more resources that all pastors will be able to benefit from in order to grow their ministries and further the Kingdom of God.

Pastoral Support Meetings
The Empower service hosts monthly meetings where youth pastors can come together to connect, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships. These gatherings provide a supportive environment for pastors to bond over common challenges, exchange ministry ideas, and collaborate on strategies that strengthen their leadership skills and impact within their churches.

Equip to Rise Summit
The Empower service kicks off the year with an event called Equip to Rise, where local youth pastors come together for a powerful time of worship, learning, and community building. This event focuses on equipping pastors with practical tools and strategies to support one another, share valuable resources, and deepen their connections as they embark on the new year’s ministry journey.

Sermon Resources
The Empower service is developing a comprehensive database of sermon resources and examples, allowing local pastors to access valuable materials and contribute their own insights to support one another in their ministry.

Pastoral Devotionals
We are working to offer devotional content designed to inspire and strengthen youth pastors in their personal faith and leadership journey.
